Rules & Requirements
Before joining, you must read the following requirements and rules. If you submit a site that violates any of the following rules or does not meet the requirements, your submission will be deleted, and you will not be notified. Should you change the content of your site after becoming a member, and in doing so violate any of the rules, you will receive a notice asking you to either leave the clique or fix the rule that was broken.

1.	You must be a Harry Potter fan.
2.	You must have a working webpage (any site or blog will do). No half-finished or "under construction" sites will be accepted.
3.	Said webpage must have a good amount of content relating to Harry Potter.
4.	Said webpage must not contain or link to any adult content (pornography, extreme language, etc).
5.	Said webpage must be child friendly (no hate editorials or racist remarks).
6.	You must place a code on your webpage before submitting your site.
7.	You must place the code on a splash page, a main page, a blog, or a clique/joined/rings page. No exceptions will be made.
8.	You must make an effort to show that you care about your site. This could be in the form of advanced HTML, beautiful graphics, outstanding content, or a combination of all three.
9.	No language barriers will be held. If your site is in German, French, Spanish, Portugese, or any other language other than English, please feel free to join.
10.	We reserve the right to reject your submission, even if it isn't breaking any of the rules above. In this case, you will be notified.
11.	It is your responsibility to notify us if the URL or status of your site changes, or if you decide that you no longer wish to be affiliated with Accio.
12.	On the submission form, there will be a field asking for your password. In that field, type "@ccio" so that we know you have read the rules and requirements.
